Kotak bank provides an easy process to register your card with Kotak Net Banking. The registration can be done through both online and offline platforms and the facility is available for the customers of Kotak bank. For offline application, you can go to the nearest branch of Kotak Mahindra.  All you need is the access to internet on your mobile or your desktop.

• First, you need to visit the net banking page of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Click on the link “Register for Net Banking”, which will redirect you to the “Online Net Banking Registration & Password Generation’ page”.
• You would need to enter your customer ID or CRN which is mentioned below your credit card. You can also get your CRN by sending an SMS of ‘CRN’ to 9971056767. You would need to verify your personal details. All the information filled, should match your records.
• Next step involves selecting a method for generating password. There are some options available, wherein you would have to select Credit Card Details to generate password for you.
• The last step involves entering a new password which you want to choose as per the instructions. A 6-character password has to be chosen which would be re-entered in the next field.
• A screen will display a message that the password has been reset. After that you would receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered number, valid only for some time. You will also get an email which contains your set password. You have to use that password to create a new one for your account.

After receiving the OTP, you would have to go the main page of the bank site and enter the CRN along with your new password. This new password is the combination of 6 characters you have selected and the 6 digit OTP you have received to login securely. You can now use this net banking facility for all transactions related to your Kotak Mahindra Credit Card. You can keep track of all your credit card transactions and other payment related history through the online banking option.
