Step-1: Install Saraswat Bank’s App
Saraswat Bank’s mobile banking application “GO-MO” can be downloaded from Play Store for Android phones and App store for iPhones.
Step-2 Registration and Activation
The registration with “GO-MO” is simple. You can give a missed call on 9702718668 from your registered mobile number to avail mobile banking facility. Once registered, you can get your MPIN through nearest ATM of Saraswat bank or website of the bank or from the app. You can log in to the app with your net banking user id and passwords. Additionally, you will need your debit card to complete the registration and activation.

What are the charges to use “GO-MO” App from Saraswat Bank?
The “GO-MO” app is made available free of charge to its customers by Saraswat Bank. There may be transaction charges within limits as specified by RBI. Your telephone operator may charge for the data consumption by GO-MO app.
How can I receive my customer ID from “GO-MO” mobile banking app?
There are two ways to know your customer ID for “GO-MO” mobile banking app. First, it is printed on your passbook. In case the passbook is not handy with you, you can give a missed call on 9029050017 through your registered mobile number. You will receive SMS on your registered mobile number mentioning your customer ID.
What is MPIN and TPIN of GO-MO App?
MPIN is your password or PIN to login GO-MO. You cannot access your GO-MO app if you don’t enter correct MPIN.
TPIN is the transaction PIN to carry out various transactions available in GO-MO mobile app. You cannot proceed for transactions if you don’t enter the correct TPIN.
What is MMID?
MMID stands for Mobile Money Identifier. It is a seven-digit number to carry out IMPS transactions through the mobile number. Once you register your mobile with your account, you can view your MMID in “GO-MO” App.
What is the transaction limit of “GO-MO” app?
For security reasons, you can carry out maximum ten transactions in a day. In case you want to perform more transactions, you can contact your branch where your account is maintained.
I want to transfer the fund instantly; which mode of payment should I use?
GO-MO mobile app from Saraswat bank allows transferring the fund instantly through IMPS, that works based on the mobile number and MMID(Mobile Money Identifier). Alternatively, you can use beneficiary’s account number and IFSC to transfer money instantly through IMPS facility available in the app.
Is it mandatory to register the payee to transfer money?
No, you can transfer money without registering payee as well. However, if you expect repeat transactions in the future, it will be convenient for you to register one time to make faster payments in the future.
How can I request to stop the payment of the issued cheque?
Under “Services” option, you can find the “Stop Payment” tab. You need to enter the cheque number to be stopped, remarks and confirm your request with the transaction password. If your cheque is not paid before your request, the payment shall not be made.
