The eligibility criteria for United Shilpi Card provided by United Bank of India are:

• The borrower must be engaged in a creative and income generating field
• Applicant should not be a defaulter and should have certification from Municipal/Corporation, Anchal Pradhan, Sarpanch, or Sabhahipati
• This card can be availed by borrowers under Laghu Udhyami Credit Card or Artisan Credit Card scheme as soon as it expires
• The card may also be issued to a group of people undertaking a project or individual enterprises as long as they form a Self Help Group (SHG)
