By Visiting the Bank: You can apply for the RBL Debit Card offline by visiting the nearest RBL Bank branch. You have to fill an application form and submit it with the details of your RBL account and supporting documents to get a new card issued.

Via Online Mode: RBL Bank website or online banking allow the users to apply for a new debit card of choice by submitting the online application form.

To activate the card after its issuance, the cardholders must complete the RBL Bank Debit Card pin generation and then use their card in either an ATM or a retail outlet. To know how to activate RBL Debit Cards through pin generation or reset  follow the following steps:

Via SMS

You can carry out RBL Bank Debit Card pin generation by sending SMS to the number 9223366333 from your registered mobile number. You have to type PIN <space> Last 4 Digits of Debit Card <space> Customer ID/Last 4 digits of PAN number <space> New 4-digit PIN in the message.

Via Mobile App / Net Banking

You can reset the card pin by logging in to the RBL MoBank app. After you log in, go to the ‘Manage Debit Cards’ page and enter your card details and reset the PIN. You can log in to your internet banking account for your RBL Debit Card pin generation online too.

Q. How to enable international and online transactions on my RBL Bank Debit Card?
A. You can enable online, international and contactless transactions and manage your spending limits on your RBL Debit Card by using:
MoBank App- Log in and go to ‘Manage Debit Cards’. Then, click on ‘Security Settings’ to customise debit card services.
Internet Banking- Log in and go to Requests > Debit Card > Debit Card Security Settings. Then, select your account number and card to make the required changes.

Q. How will I get the joining vouchers offered on my RBL Bank Debit Card?
A. To get the welcome vouchers offered with your RBL Debit Card, first you have to make sure the card joining fee is paid after it is issued to you. Then, you must activate your card and make at least one transaction within the first 90 days of its issuance. You will receive the link to your vouchers via SMS on your registered mobile number.
