A. You can claim the free tickets within 3 months after the program period ends. After 3 months, you will not be able to get the benefit. For example, if you received your card in January and reached the spending of Rs. 1.25 lakh by July, you will have to claim the benefit by October, or else the privilege expires.
Q. Why did I not get the welcome voucher with my Kotak League Platinum Credit Card?
A. The welcome benefit is offered only with the joining fee variant. If you are getting the variant with the joining fee waived off, you would not get the benefit.
