Step 1: Visit your nearest Kotak Mahindra Bank’s ATM.

Step 2: Insert your debit card and select ‘PIN Generation’ option.

Step 3: Enter your account number and click on ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

Step 4: The bank will send an OTP or Green PIN to your registered mobile number.

Step 5: You will be required to visit the ATM again within 2 days to activate your debit card.

Things to Remember: The PIN can only be generated for the active card. It cannot be regenerated for debit cards that are permanently blocked If the card is temporarily blocked, then you will need to unblock the card to start the regeneration of the PIN

You can also generate your debit card PIN by calling on the Kotak Debit Card customer care number. You need to call on customer care through your registered mobile number and select the ‘ATM and Prepaid Card Services’ option. After this, select the option to generate Green PIN. To do so, you will be required to enter your debit card number for verification.
