It provides electronic connectivity between merchants and various financial institutions for all kinds of payments that enable e-Commerce websites to sell products and services online, and accept payments in real-time.

SBI ePay follows Payment Settlement System wherein the funds would be transferred within 2 working days of capture of transaction. The SBI ePay service is crafted using the latest cutting edge technology and tools, which is unified.

How to register for SBI ePay Payment Service?

Step 1: Merchants need to fill the mandatory information under ‘’Sign up’’ option on SBI e-Pay portal.

Step 2: Under the Merchant Information page, fill in all the business details and click on “Proceed” option.

Step 3: After this, fill in all the contact details and click on “Proceed”.

Step 4: Provide Bank or Transaction Details and click on “Proceed”

Step 5: Lastly fill in technical details then click on “Proceed” option.

Step 6: After providing all the necessary information, agree to the T&Cs provided, enter the captcha code and click on “Submit”.

5-SBI ePay - Confirm and Submit Details

Step 7: Alternatively, merchants can download Merchant Information Form from the official SBI ePay portal.

Step 8: After downloading the SBI ePay registration form, simply fill in the form and email it to sbiepay@sbi.co.in.

Step 9: After approval, merchants will receive the list of documents required by the State Bank of India for verification purposes.

Step 10: SBI e-Pay account shall be activated after verification and approval.
