Customers must visit the base branch, the branch where they opened the BOBCARD account, and submit the application for change of address. The customer will also have to submit the updated KYC documents as well. After submission, it will take some time for the changes to reflect in the customer’s account. In the meantime, the customer should ask the card provider to send all the deliveries to the new address only (if required).

How many times can you update or change the postal address in BOBCARD credit card?
There is no upper limit to the number of times the address can be updated with BOBCARD but each time you will have to provide KYC documents attesting to the change of address.

Yes you can have the official address as the mode of communication for the credit card. However, you will have to give proof of address for the same.
