How to Update Address in Bank of Baroda Credit Card

Customers must visit the base branch, the branch where they opened the account, of Bank of Baroda and submit the application for change of address. The customer will also have to submit the updated KYC documents as well. After submission, it will take some time for the changes to reflect in the customer’s account. In the meantime, the customer should ask the bank to send all the deliveries to the new address only (if required).

The documents which are accepted by the bank to validate the change of address are:

  • Passport
  • Aadhar card
  • Voter id card
  • Bank statement stamped by the bank
  • Utility bill not more than 2 months old
  • Government issued id with address and photo.
  • Driving license
  • Agreement of lease with the address being mentioned

How many times can you update or change the postal address in Bank of Baroda credit card?
There is no upper limit to the number of times the address can be updated with the bank but each time you will have to provide KYC documents attesting to the change of address.

Can the postal address be the official address of the card holder of the Bank of Baroda credit card?
Yes you can have the official address as the mode of communication for the credit card. However, you will have to give proof of address for the same.
