On the other hand, with certain cards like HDFC Millennia or HDFC Diners Club Privilege, you are required to achieve a spending milestone to avail complimentary lounge visits.

Online Process:

Step 1: Visit the official website of HDFC Bank.

Step 2: Go to the ‘Credit Card’ section and select your respective card.

Step 3: You can see all the details related to the respective card, including lounge access benefits.

Step 4: Under the ‘Lounge Access’ section, you can see the frequency of complimentary lounge visits, list of eligible lounges and other related terms & conditions.

Offline Process:

You can check whether your HDFC card offers lounge visits at a specific lounge offline by showing your card at the lounge desk. You can ask the executive to check whether your card is eligible for a lounge visit or not.

Besides this, most of the lounge desks have standees showcasing the accepted credit cards. In case your card is not eligible for free lounge access, then maybe HDFC Bank has not partnered with the lounge network, or your card does not offer any lounge access benefits.
