The eligible IndusInd Bank credit card users can access airport lounges through two types of entries, as follows:

Entry Type 1: Free Entry for Eligible IndusInd Bank Credit Cardholders

Depending on the cardholder’s IndusInd Bank credit card variant, eligible cards are validated at the point of entry of the participating lounge. The card is swiped for a transaction of Rs. 2 for Visa cardholders and Rs. 25 for Mastercard cardholders to complete the validation.

Entry Type 2: Paid Entry for Eligible IndusInd Bank Credit Cardholders

Such entry at participating airport lounges is done as per their respective prices of usage. This entry is available for both the cardholder as well as for their accompanying guest, subject to the entry fee payment made by the eligible cardholder.

IndusInd Bank credit card users must keep the following rules and regulations in mind while availing the complimentary airport lounge access:

• Ensure that your IndusInd Bank credit card is validated and approved by the bank at the entry point of the participating lounge by swiping it for the nominal value transaction, as applicable.
• Accompanying children are usually subjected to the full guest lounge entry fee, unless stated otherwise and wherever permitted.
• Generally, the participating airport lounges are not owned or operated by the bank but rather by third party organisations, so cardholders must abide by their policies.
• Airport lounge access may be denied despite your eligibility due to space constraints or if the maximum capacity set for your card type is reached.

• Scope of Access: Assess whether the card provides access to domestic lounges, international lounges, or both to ensure it aligns with your travel needs.
• Visit Limits: Check if the card offers unlimited airport lounge visits or has a limited number of complimentary visits every year or calendar quarter.
• Spend-based Milestones: Determine if complimentary lounge access offered by the credit card is unlocked only after meeting specific spending requirements.
• Guest Access Policy: Confirm whether the complimentary lounge access is for the primary cardholder only or if it also covers add-on card members or accompanying guests.
• Lounge Network Membership: Verify if the card includes complimentary membership to lounge networks, like Priority Pass or LoungeKey, and clarify if membership alone provides free visits or if usage fees still apply.
