How to Set Debit Card PIN via PNB ATM?

To set your PNB Debit Card PIN via ATM, you can follow the below steps:

  • Swipe your debit card at the nearest PNB ATM.
  • On the language selection screen, select the option, ‘Banking’ and then ‘GREEN PIN’.
  • Here, enter the 6 digits GREEN PIN OTP delivered on your registered mobile number and press ‘OK’.
  • Further, enter the 4 digits of your choice that you want to set as your PNB ATM/Debit Card List and press ‘OK’.
  • To confirm, re-enter the same 4 digits you entered at the previous step.
  • On successful verification ( in case the 4 digits match in both steps), your new PNB ATM PIN will be generated, and you will get a confirmation message on the ATM screen as, “Thank you, your PIN has been set successfully. Please do not share it with anyone”

How to Set PNB Debit Card PIN Online via Internet Banking?

To generate your PNB ATM Card PIN, via Internet Banking, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Login to your IBS retail account.
  • After logging in, follow Value Added Service>> Card Related Services>> Reset Debit Card PIN.
  • Now, select the account number to which your debit/ATM card is linked and select the option, ‘Continue’.
  • Further, enter the Card Number, expiry date, and the 6-digit GREEN PIN sent on your registered mobile number.
  • After entering the above details, click on ‘Submit’.
  • On successful validation of the details entered, you can enter the 4 digits that you want to set as your ATM/Debit card PIN.
  • To confirm, re-enter the 4 Digits.
  • In case the digits match in both cases, your new PNB ATM PIN will be generated successfully. Here, you will see a confirmation message, “Thank you, your PIN has been set successfully. Please do not share it with anyone.”

    How to set PNB Debit Card PIN through PNB One App?

    You can use the Punjab National Bank’s mobile banking app- PNB One App, to generate a PNB ATM Card PIN. For this, you can follow these steps:

    • Login to your PNB One App.
    • After logging in, go to option ‘Debit Cards’ and then to ‘Generate Green PIN’
    • Further, select the account number from the drop-down menu, which is linked to the debit card, for which PIN is to be generated.
    • After selecting, click on ‘Continue’.
    • Now add your PNB debit card details such as card number, expiry date, and the 6-digit GREEN PIN, and click on ‘Continue’.
    • On successful validation of the details entered, you can enter the 4-digits that you want to set as the PNB ATM/Debit card PIN.
    • Re-enter the PIN to confirm.
    • If the digits match in both cases, your new PNB ATM PIN will be generated successfully. Post PNB ATM Card activation, you will see a confirmation message with the text, “Thank you, your PIN has been set successfully. Please do not share it with anyone”.

    How to set a Duplicate Debit Card PIN for your PNB ATM/Debit Card?

    If you are an existing customer, you might want to set a duplicate PIN or regenerate your PIN for an existing card, in certain scenarios. Here, as well, you require the 6-digit GREEN PIN. In that case, (or in case you have not used your GREEN PIN within 72 hours), you can send an SMS DCPIN space CARD NUMBER to 5607040 or 9264092640 from your registered mobile number. Post PIN generation, you can follow the similar steps as mentioned above for the first time PNB Debit card PIN generation.
