Canara Bank ATM PIN generation can be completed online by logging into your Mobile Banking account and following the below mentioned simple steps:

Step 1: Download the “Canara ai1” app, from the Google Play Store or iOS Store.
Step 2: First-time users are required to complete registration using their registered mobile number before logging into the mobile app.
Step 3: Press ‘PIN Generation’ under the ‘Cards’ Tab and further click on ‘Create a new PIN’
Step 4: Enter your debit card details, such as ATM card number, expiry date, CVV, and the new ATM PIN you desire
Step 5: Press on ‘Confirm’ to finish the process.

How to Generate Canara Bank ATM PIN via Offline Modes?

To generate Canara Bank ATM PIN for offline debit card activation, you can either go to any Canara Bank ATM or opt for the calling method.

Visiting any Canara Bank ATM: You can generate or change your debit card PIN using the Green PIN option at any Canara Bank ATM. This Green PIN can also be generated using net banking and IVRS.

Calling Toll Free Number: You can generate a new PIN to activate your debit card by calling on the toll free number 1800-425-0018 / 1800-1030 through your registered mobile number. On calling, you will have to enter your card details, including the last 5 digits of your Canara Bank account number which will be validated through an OTP after which you can generate the card PIN.

Generally, these debit cards can only be used for domestic payments, but you can also avail a card with international validity on request. You can use your Canara Bank debit and credit cards for the following types of transactions:

• Contactless payments
• In all ATMs
• At the POS or offline merchant establishments
• For online payments or at e-commerce portals
