Step 1: Upgrade your Fi account to a full-KYC account by making sure that your PAN and Aadhaar card details are present in the Central KYC Registry.
Step 2: Complete the upgrade through video call for verification on Fi app.
Step 3: Check your registered address on Fi where your physical Fi Federal debit card is going to be couriered.

Step 1: Find the QR code on the Fi Debit Card box.
Step 2: Open the Fi app and click on the QR code icon present on the home screen.

Using UPI PIN:

Step 3: Enter your UPI PIN. An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number.
Step 4: Fill in the OTP and change the ATM PIN.

Without UPI PIN:

Step 1: Open the Fi app and open the card settings.
Step 2: Select the ‘Reset ATM PIN’ option.
Step 3: Click on the link for the Liveness test present near the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: Click on ‘Next’ when asked to record your quick video for identity verification.
Step 5: Start recording your video by aligning your face in the oval and read aloud the 4-digits that appear on the screen.
Step 6: Enter the OTP sent after the identity verification and follow instructions to set up a new PIN.
