An SBI add on card allows you to share the benefits of your SBI Card with your loved ones. These cards can be issued to the spouse, parents and children (above 18 years of age) of the primary cardholder. Privileges on the primary card can also be availed on SBI add on cards unless mentioned specifically.
It is very easy to apply for an SBI add on credit card. There are no charges for an add-on card. You can follow the steps mentioned below to apply for SBI add on card:

SBI add on cards are issued free of cost. No additional fee (joining/annual/renewal) has to be paid on these cards. The annual fee, if applicable, has to be paid only on the primary credit card.
However, like any other credit card, SBI add-on cards also have certain fees and charges. This includes the late payment fees, finance charges, cash withdrawal fees, card replacement fees, etc.e. The charges along with GST remain the same for the primary card and the add-on card.
