HDFC Bank allows its account holders to SMS their queries by typing the query directly. There is no need to follow any SMS format for any query. Below-mentioned example will help you understand the service better.
If the customer wants to know his/her account balance, the customer can simply send an SMS stating “What is my account balance” on the below-mentioned number.
The customer can ask queries related to any of the banking products and the bank will provide the required answer on the registered mobile number.
