ICICI Bank Customer Care Grievance Redressal
If customers have a complaint that they would like to submit to the bank for resolution, they need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: If you are submitting the complaint for the first time, you need to write an email or call customer care. While you do so, you need to mention your email id registered with the bank and mention the registered mobile number while calling the customer care number.
Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the solution that you have received, you may further communicate your concern on the mentioned ‘Complaint Form’ by duly filling in all the details. You need to send the form to the Phone Banking Head.
Step 3: If you are yet not satisfied in the second response, you may register your grievance by dialling 1800 200 3344. You need to make sure that you provide the service request number which is of numeric digit only and is not older than 2 months. Please note that the request can be raised between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday. For registering any grievance, call charges may apply as per your tariff plan.
