To use the HDFC WhatsApp Banking, first, you need to register.
There are two ways to register, viz.:

Note: Use the mobile number which is registered with HDFC Bank.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation SMS from the bank containing a link.
This link will direct you to Google Play or App Store to download WhatsApp if you don’t have it on your mobile. If you already have WhatsApp installed, clicking on this link will open your personal chat window with HDFC Bank Ltd. on WhatsApp.

For example, if you want to know about your credit card payment, you can simply message the details and you will receive the options to choose.

To get mini statements, send, “Mini statement“.
