Eligibility Criteria for Availing Tata Capital Home Loan Balance Transfer

• Applicants should not have any outstanding dues on their existing home loan.
• The property for which home loan is taken should at least be occupied or at least ready to be occupied.

Documents Required for Loan Application

Existing home loan borrowers of other banks and HFCs applying for home loan balance transfer with Tata Capital are required to submit the following documents to the lender.

• Age Proof- Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, birth certificate, school leaving certificate or LIC Policy
• ID Proof- Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license
• Address Proof- Bank statements, Utility bill, property registration documents, voter ID, property tax receipt
• Income Proof- Last 6 months statement for your current account, previous 3 years Profit and Loss projection statement, bank statement for last 6 months of any Cash Credit or Overdraft facilities.
• Interest certificates from the current lender showing interest paid on existing home loan
• Home Loan approval letter or documentation related to existing home loan
• Foreclosure letter or statement indicating latest outstanding principal on the existing home loan
