Yes, you can transfer money from your credit card to your bank account. However, you will require an e-wallet account (Paytm) to complete the transfer. You simply transfer the money from the credit card into your e-wallet and then transfer the amount to your bank account. We do not recommend this option as you may incur 5% of the amount as fee. Also, if you transfer over Rs. 10,000 in a month from credit card to e-wallet then you will incur 1.75% of the amount as fee.
Is credit card linking mandatory?
No, you do not have to link your credit card to your bank account. It is optional. However, it is recommended as you can manage multiple facilities without hassles of calling the bank.
