Other Benefits:

• 500 reward points on the first transaction within 30 days of card setup

• Resident Indians are eligible for AU NOMO Credit card
• The applicant should have a fixed deposit account with AU Small Finance Bank
• The minimum FD amount for AU Small Finance Bank is Rs. 10,000
• The fixed deposit account should be in cumulative, auto renew or re-invest mode

AU NOMO Credit Card comes with a one-time joining fee of Rs. 199 and offers accelerated rewards (2X) on retail spends. Besides this, it also offers a base reward rate of 1 point per Rs. 100 on usually excluded categories like utility bill payments and insurance. Like unsecured credit cards, it comes with travel benefits such as complimentary airport & railway lounge access, and charges a low forex markup fee of 0.99%, enhancing its overall value for frequent travellers.

With zero annual fee, the card offers some exceptionally good benefits for frequent travellers. However, it comes with a relatively low reward rate of up to 0.5%. Overall, it is a suitable choice for new-to-credit consumers looking to start their credit journey.

Why do I need to create an FD for AU NOMO Credit Card?
AU NOMO Credit Card is a secured credit card issued against a Fixed Deposit. This FD amount acts as a collateral, allowing users with no credit history to avail a card. However, if the card user defaults on the credit card payments, the bank can use the FD to cover the outstanding balance.

What all fixed deposits can be used while for applying for AU NOMO Credit Card?
To avail this card, you need to hold a AU Small Finance Fixed Deposit. However, FDs with joint ownership, tax saving FD, Third Party FD & NO-callable FD are not eligible for availing the card. Only fixed deposits under the name of an individual with sole ownership and in cumulative/re-invest and auto-renewed mode are acceptable for the card application.

What if I need to withdraw funds in case of an emergency?
In case of emergencies, you can withdraw your fixed deposit amount after settling the outstanding balances on your credit card. However, partial withdrawals are not allowed on AU NOMO Credit Card. 

What is the minimum FD amount required to apply for AU NOMO Credit Card?
To apply for this secured credit card, you must have a minimum FD amount of Rs. 10,000 with AU Small Finance Bank.

Is there any capping on reward points earned on AU NOMO Credit Card?
Yes, you can earn a maximum of 5,000 reward points in a month. Also, the base reward rate of 1 reward point for every Rs. 100 spent on utility and insurance transactions is capped at 100 points per transaction.
