Not getting cashback and no response from yesbank rewards team
Cashback on YES BANK PaisaSave Credit Card is offered in the form of Cashback Points and is thus not directly credited to the account as statement balance. The cardholders are required to login to the YES Rewardz platform or their credit card account through the YES BANK website/app and redeem the accumulated Cashback Points as cashback. Additionally, to track the Cashback Points accrual, cardholders are advised to keep in mind that there are certain excluded spending categories that do not earn any Cashback Points.

No, certain spending categories are excluded from the cashback benefit, including EMI transactions, utility, insurance, fuel, rent payments, wallet loading, education, jewellery, govt. services and others. The complete list of excluded categories is given on the card page above as well as on the bank website.
