How to Get HDFC Home Loan Statement Online through HDFC Website
Step 1: Visit hdfc.com.
Step 2: Under the Existing Customers tab, click on For Home Loans.
Step 3: Under the For Home Loans tab, click on your desired home loan statement or certificate – Certificate of Interest/Provisional Interest Certificate/ Interest Rate/ Repayment Details.
After selecting the desired home loan statement, you will be redirected to its respective page.
Step 4: Enter your loan account number.
Step 5: Select the checkbox and click on Submit.
A part of your name, email ID and postal address will be displayed.
Step 6: Choose the mode of receipt of the certificate – Email, Postal Service or Both.
After clicking your preferred option, a confirmation comes up assuring the successful submission of your request. If your preferred mode of receiving the document was email ID, you will receive the certificate immediately. In case of postal service, the document will reach your registered postal address within 2 working days.

The home loan borrower also gets the option to view and download HDFC home loan statement through the HDFC Home Loans mobile application. HDFC home loans mobile app is a one-stop shop for all the existing home loan borrowers to view their loan related details and get access to the related services including downloading the home loan statement. HDFC Home Loan Moratorium
Important Note: Home loan borrowers who wish to avail moratorium from 1 June 2020 to 31 August, 2020, will have to apply for it, even if they had availed of the previous moratorium valid up to 31 May, 2020. The last date for applying for moratorium is 20 June 2020.
In the wake of COVID-19, RBI has permitted all the Indian banks and financial institutions to offer moratorium for customers who are repaying loans of any kind to help them tide over their financial difficulty in servicing the debts.
- The home loan moratorium period has been extended for all payments (both principal and interest) due from 31 May 2020 to 31 August 2020
- A moratorium implies that you can delay the payment of your monthly installments (Pre EMI/EMI) for a limited period as defined by RBI
- The applicable interest shall continue to accrue on the outstanding portion of the loan during the moratorium period
- Penal interest will not be charged during the moratorium period
- The balance term at the end of the 3 month moratorium period would remain the same as it were before the start of the moratorium. The total term would extend by 3 months
- Opting for home loan moratorium will have no impact on your credit score
