SBI Card and Reliance Group offer co-branded cards in two variants: Reliance SBI Card and Reliance SBI Card PRIME. The Reliance Group covers varied segments like clothing, footwear, furniture, etc., and cardholders can save a significant amount on their daily spends using the co-branded benefits. SBI Card is already in partnership with Landmark Group offering Spar, Max and Home Center credit cards and this new collaboration will specifically cater to Reliance Group loyalists. The reward rate of the base variant is just decent at 1.25%, but still a good option for loyalists seeking a low annual fee card.

The card offers 1.25% back as a reward rate with discount vouchers worth Rs. 3,200. The milestone benefits seem easily achievable at just Rs. 80,000, giving benefits worth Rs. 2,250 through vouchers. Even the welcome benefits on the card offer a worth more than the joining fee.
The co-branded benefits cover most of the regular shopping needs of the users. But, due to a low reward rate, it is suitable only for people who have multiple brand preferences amongst the list of brands. Plus, most of the benefits are offline, so people who prefer shopping offline can avail the card. If you plan your spends around the brands, with additional reward benefits on dining and movies, the card is not a bad option to consider, especially for beginners, as their first credit card that offers multiple benefits at a low annual fee.
