- Step 2: On the left-hand side of the page, you will find “E-Services” tab on the menu bar.
- Step 3: Put your cursor on it; it will show “Encumbrance Certificate”.
- Step 4: Move your cursor to “View EC” and click on it.
- Step 5: You will be redirected to another page where you have to select from two options— “EC” or “Document-wise”.
- Step 6: If you select ”EC”, you have to fill in the required fields, including zone, district, Sub-Registrar Office, EC start date, EC end date, and village, among others.

Similarly, the registration fee is also 1% subject (maximum of Rs.4000).
