How to Redeem Corporation Bank Credit Card Reward Points?

There are two methods through which you can redeem your reward points. They are as follows:

Online

Internet Banking

• Step 1: Sign in using your internet banking details
• Step 2: Click on the rewards redemption option
• Step 3: Select the item for which you wish to redeem the points
• Step 4: Confirm and submit the desired products

If it is a voucher, the code will be sent to your registered mobile number. In case you purchase merchandise using your reward points, the same will be delivered at your registered communication address.

Cardholders can redeem their Corporation Bank credit card reward points against the following items from their catalogue:

How are Reward Points Calculated?

• Reward points can be earned on every transaction (Online/Offline) you make through your Corporation bank credit card
• Every Corp reward point is valued at Rs. 0.25
• Corp Points are valid for three years from the date of earning them. You need to redeem them within 36 months or else these points will expire at the end of the term
• Extra points that are earned at partner stores need to be redeemed within 12 months
• It is important to take note that amount withdrawn for cash and balance transfer will not be eligible for reward points. Reward points, however, will be calculated separately for each individual transaction

You can check your Corp account points balance in the following ways:

• Login to your Corp rewards account and the ‘my account’ page will display the accumulated points
• Download the Corp Rewardz app and login with your details to know your reward points

How do I earn points?

Based on your Corp credit card, you are rewarded the points for every time you make a transaction for shopping, booking airline, bus tickets, mobile recharge and also for making transactions using mobile or internet banking.

• For Classic card 1 point is earned for every Rs. 200 spent
• For Gold card 1 point is earned for every Rs. 150 spent
• For Platinum and Signature card 1 point is earned for every Rs. 125 spent

Do I need minimum points to redeem?

Yes, you will need to attain minimum points in order to redeem them. The minimum point threshold is:

• For Gold and classic cards: 500 points
• For Platinum cards: 750 points
• For Signature cards: 1,000 points
