The Campaign will commence on August 25th, 2025, at [00:00 AM IST] and conclude on October 25th, 2025, at [11:59 PM IST] (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign Period").

2.1. This Campaign is open only to individuals who are:

• a. Citizens of India and residing in the states of Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim, Nagaland and Mizoram. (“Participant”).
• b. Between the ages of 18 and 70 years as of the date of card application.
• c. Hold a valid PAN (Permanent Account Number).

2.2. Employees of Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) are eligible to participate in the Campaign however they shall not be eligible for the bumper prize of Rs. 1 Lakh.

3.1. To be eligible for the spin, a Participant must:

• a. Apply for any credit card available throughout the Paisabazaar platform during the Campaign Period.

• One (1) Winner will receive an Amazon Voucher worth INR 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only).
• All other participants will receive an assured voucher basis the result of the spin, from the listed options.

5.1. The winner of the bumper prize will be notified via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and announcements made through Paisabazaar's social media channels and website. This will be in addition to the communication provided on the journey screen after the spin.

5.2 All other winners will be notified of the voucher they have won via communication on the journey screen after the spin.

5.3. The Organizer's decision regarding the winners shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.1. To claim the Amazon Voucher, the winner must complete a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process as required by the Organizer within 30 days of the winner announcement. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time may lead to forfeiture of the prize.

6.2. The Amazon Vouchers will be disbursed to the verified winners within 30 days of successful KYC completion.

6.3. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6.4. The bumper prize of Rs. 1 Lakh will be subject to deduction of applicable TDS as per Income Tax Act 1961.

6.5 All other vouchers, that the customer has won, will be available for the customer to use post the spin.

7.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants explicitly agree and grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, image, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional, advertising, or publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without any further compensation, notification, or permission, should they be declared a winner.

8.1. Organizer may suspend or terminate The Campaign or your ability to participate in this Campaign at any time for any reason. Organizer reserve the right to take strict administrative or legal action, termination of your participation in the Campaign, if Organizer notice any activity that we believe is including but not limited to abusive, fraudulent, any attempt to take unfair advantage of the Campaign and/or is in violation of the these terms, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy of the Platform. Organizer reserve the right to review and investigate all activities pertaining to your action with respect to The Campaign and/or modify the Campaign in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate to us.

8.2. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, force majeure events (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, strikes, epidemics, government orders), or any other circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.

8.3. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by any Participant as a result of their participation in the Campaign or acceptance and use of the prize.

8.4. The Organizer is not respon asible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Campaign, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

8.5. Any tax or other liabilities, charges, or levies applicable on the prize money shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer shall not be liable for any such taxes, charges, or levies.

8.6. The Participant agrees that the Organizer's decision in all matters related to the Campaign will be final and binding.

8.7. By participating, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages, and expenses (including legal fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Campaign or any breach of these Terms.

8.8. All personal information collected by the Organizer during the Campaign will be processed in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on Privacy Policy.

8.9. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

8.10. Organizer can update, change and modify these terms without prior notice along with any FAQs or guidelines that may have been issued pertaining to the Campaign, at any time and in its sole discretion.

8.11. You shall not hold Organizer, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses for a claim to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of various offers offered under the Campaign.

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
