1. Offer Overview

Under this promotional campaign, eligible users of the Paisabazaar App (“App”) will receive a total cashback of ₹101, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

• The offer is applicable only to select users (~6 lakh users) identified based on predefined internal business criteria.
• Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of Paisabazaar and is non-transferable.

3. Cashback Structure

• The total cashback of ₹101 will be credited in four (4) tranches.
• The disbursement schedule is as follows:
• First tranche: On or after 24th October 2025
• Subsequent tranches: Monthly intervals thereafter
• Split: ₹25 per month for the first three months and ₹26 in the final month

4. Usage of Cashback

• The cashback can be redeemed exclusively for bill payment transactions made through the Paisabazaar App.

5. Validity

• The cashback (including all credited tranches) must be utilized on or before 31st March 2026.
• Any unused cashback post the expiry date will automatically lapse.

6. Communication

Eligible users will be notified via WhatsApp communication and/or other channels as deemed appropriate by Paisabazaar.

7. General Conditions

• Paisabazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity may lead to disqualification from the offer and forfeiture of cashback.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of Paisabazaar shall be final and binding.

Participation in this offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
