Cashback Offer - Unsecured Personal Loan Terms of Use

1. What is the Offer?

As part of this offer, customers/users (“Customer”) need to apply for an eligible unsecured loan product from Paisabazaar’s lending partners—banks or NBFCs— through www.Paisabazaar.com and/or its mobile app (collectively “Platform”) or via communication sent through Paisabazaar-owned channels through the entry points where the offer is explicitly mentioned. Once the Eligible Loan is disbursed by the lender, the Customer will be eligible to receive cashback in the PB Wallet, as offered and mentioned in the respective communication. The cashback value will be decided based on the final loan amount disbursed –

For loan amounts of greater than or equal to ₹1 Lakh, the customer is eligible for ₹1000 cashback in the PB Wallet.

2. How does the customer get cashback in the PB Wallet?

The Customer shall be eligible to receive the cashback in the PB Wallet upon successful disbursal of the Eligible Loan when applied via communication sent by Paisabazaar-owned channels using the specific offer link. The cashback shall be credited to the PB Wallet linked to the mobile number used by the Customer to participate in the offer and through which the disbursement process has been completed. Cashback will be credited every month in 4 separate installments of ₹250 each.

3. What is the Offer Duration?

The offer is valid from 20-12-2025 00:00:00 and will be applicable for users where they have been communicated of the offer.

The Customer shall be eligible for the cashback in the PB Wallet only if the loan process is initiated and completed within the Offer Period through the entry points where the offer is explicitly mentioned.

4. How and When Will the Customer Be Eligible for the Offer?

Upon successful disbursal of the Eligible Loan, applied through Paisabazaar-owned channels, the Customer will be eligible to receive the cashback in the PB Wallet. This will be credited within 7 working days post confirmation of disbursal by the respective lending partner.

PRELIMINARY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This Offer is being run on the Platform owned and operated by Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“Paisabazaar”, “We” or “Our”).

2. By participating in this Offer, the user (“Customer”, “You” or “Your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), along with the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies available on the Platform. Terms applicable to cashback credited to the PB Wallet, and any future modifications thereto, will also apply.

3. Any lending partner of Paisabazaar is not a sponsor of this Offer. The cashback credited to the PB Wallet is not issued by any third party and is solely facilitated by Paisabazaar. The cashback must be used within 1 year of being credited. It cannot be transferred to another user, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. The cashback can only be utilized for eligible bill payments or services available on the Paisabazaar app. Paisabazaar or its affiliates are not responsible for any loss or misuse of the cashback once credited to the Customer’s PB Wallet.

4. All applicable terms and conditions of the individual loan issuing institutions (banks/NBFCs) shall also apply.

5. To participate, you must:
i) Be 18 years of age or older with a valid PAN;
ii) Apply for an Eligible Loan through the Platform during the Eligibility Period.

6. You acknowledge and accept the risks of internet communications, including potential unauthorized access or loss of data. Paisabazaar shall not be responsible for any such risks.

7. By participating, you consent to Paisabazaar or its partners contacting you via call, SMS, or email for the purpose of fulfilling the Offer.

8. The cashback is non-transferable and non-assignable.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These Offer terms do not alter your agreement with Paisabazaar for any other service. In case of any conflict, the Platform’s Terms of Use shall prevail.

2. The Offer is exclusive to Paisabazaar customers and is not sponsored by any lender.

3. The Offer is applicable only to end users (individual consumers) and not for resellers or commercial entities.

4. The loan must be successfully disbursed to the Customer to be eligible.

5. The Offer is valid only on loans through the entry points where the offer is explicitly mentioned.

6. Paisabazaar employees and group company employees are not eligible for the Offer.

7. Cashback credited to the PB Wallet cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or assigned.

8. Paisabazaar reserves the right to determine customer eligibility. All decisions by Paisabazaar shall be final and binding.

9. The Offer and PB Wallet cashback are subject to availability.

10. Paisabazaar does not guarantee loan approval or disbursal. That decision rests solely with the lender.

11. The Offer is non-transferable.

12. The Offer is not valid where prohibited by law.

13. Any tax liability arising from the Offer shall be borne by the Customer.

14. Paisabazaar reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice.

15.Participation in this Offer is voluntary.

16. Paisabazaar reserves the right to disqualify any Customer for fraudulent activity or misuse of the Offer.

17. The Offer is subject to force majeure events, in which case Paisabazaar may withdraw the Offer without notice.

18. Paisabazaar shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in this Offer.

19. You agree to indemnify Paisabazaar, its affiliates, and employees against any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising due to:
(i) Violation of these T&Cs;
(ii) Violation of applicable laws;
(iii) Your negligence or misconduct.

20. These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Gurugram (Haryana) shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute.

21. By participating, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

22. If any clause of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain valid.

23. This Offer does not imply any future commitment by Paisabazaar to run similar offers.

24. It is understood and agreed that mere participation in the Offer does not entitle the participant to claim the cashback. The participant becomes eligible only upon successful disbursal of the Eligible Loan as per these T&Cs.

25. Paisabazaar does not guarantee the disbursal of Personal Loan in any manner whatsoever. The decision of the loan disbursing banks/NBFCs/Fintechs will be final and binding in this regard.

26. Participation is voluntary and made on a best-effort basis.

27. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical or digital signature.

28. Cashback will be credited to the PB Wallet inside the Paisabazaar app.

29. Offer is limited to 1 cashback per Customer.
