About the Program

The Refer & Earn program allows users to earn rewards by inviting friends to join the Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Limited (hereinafter “Paisabazaar”) platform for credit score using a unique referral code.

Program Duration

• All India contest started from 4th May 2026 and shall be ongoing until otherwise decided by Paisabazaar to terminate the Program.

How to Participate

• Share your unique referral code to invite friends.
• The referred user must not be an existing user of Paisabazaar (unique PAN) and must enter the code during sign-up for checking Credit Score.
• Rewards are credited only after the referred user completes onboarding and reaches “Report Received” status. Report Status means that the referred user has a Credit Score with any of the Credit Bureau(s).

Rewards

• ₹10 will be credited to both the referrer and the referred user in the PB Wallet.
• Rewards processing shall be subject to the Wallet terms of use (PB Wallet T&Cs)

Limits

• Maximum referral earnings are capped at ₹2,500 per user per month.

Restrictions

• Self-referrals and duplicate/fake accounts are not allowed.
• Only one reward per new user (unique PAN) will be granted.

Additional Guidelines

• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the platform.
• The organizers reserve the right to verify the accuracy of submitted scores and disqualify any suspected fraudulent entries; Rewards may be withheld in case of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
• Participation in the program is voluntary, and by participating, customers are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
• This program will be governed by the laws of India, and courts in Gurugram shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute between participants and Paisabazaar.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these terms, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
• Paisabazaar can update, change, and modify these terms without prior notice along with any FAQs or guidelines that may have been issued pertaining to the program, at any time and in its sole discretion.
• Participants shall not hold Paisabazaar, its group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses for a claim to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of various offers offered under the program.
• Paisabazaar may suspend or terminate the program or a participant's ability to participate in this Program at any time for any reason. Paisabazaar reserves the right to take strict administrative or legal action, including termination of participation in the program, if any activity is noticed that is, including but not limited to abusive, fraudulent, or any attempt to take unfair advantage of the program and/or is in violation of these terms, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Paisabazaar platform. Paisabazaar reserves the right to review and investigate all activities pertaining to any action with respect to the program and/or modify the program in its sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
• The program shall be and is available in accordance with applicable laws.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the customer due to the program, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The company’s decision on eligibility and rewards will be final.
