1. Offer Overview

Under this promotional campaign, eligible users of the Paisabazaar App (“App”) will be eligible for one randomized "Spin the Wheel" chance by the end of July 2026. Prizes are randomized and may include varying denominations of cashback or other specific rewards as determined by Paisabazaar.

2. Eligibility & State Restrictions

• Target Audience: The offer is applicable only to select users identified based on predefined internal business criteria.
• Discretionary: Eligibility is determined solely at the discretion of Paisabazaar and is non-transferable.
• Geographical Exclusions: This offer is void where prohibited by law. Residents of the states of Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, and any other state/union territory where promotional games of chance or lotteries are restricted by local gaming laws, are strictly ineligible to participate. Any customer participating in this from these states are responsible for any legal or taxation consequences at their end and the user indemnifies Paisabazaar from any such consequences.

3. Cashback Mechanics & Minimum Transaction Value (MTV)

• Exclusive Usage: The cashback won can be redeemed exclusively for bill payment transactions made through the Paisabazaar App.
• Minimum Transaction Value (MTV): The cashback reward can only be applied to bill payment transactions with a minimum transaction value of ₹500 (or as explicitly specified in the app reward section at the time of redemption).
• Non-Encashable: Cashback is completely non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to a bank account, or converted into physical cash.

4. Validity & Expiry

• Deadline: The cashback must be utilized within 1 year of credit.
• Forfeiture: Any unused or partially used cashback post the expiry date will automatically lapse and cannot be renewed, extended, or re-credited.

5. Failed Transactions & Refund Policy

• Failed Payments: In the event that a bill payment transaction fails or is cancelled where cashback was applied, the refund amount returned to the user's original payment source will strictly exclude the cashback value. In case of payment pending, the user shall be given cashback as per eligible limits only post payment success.
• Re-credit Limitations: The cashback component will only be re-credited to the user's wallet if the overall promotional campaign is still active and the request falls on or before the expiry date of the cashback. No cashback will be recovered or re-credited if the transaction fails or is refunded post that.

6. Technical Glitches & Limitation of Liability

• System Failures: Paisabazaar shall not be held liable or responsible for any technical snags, server downtimes, network latencies, app crashes, or internet connectivity issues that disrupt, delay, or prevent a user from participating in the Spin the Wheel offer.
• Server Logs as Final Truth: In case of any discrepancy between what is visually displayed on the user's mobile screen due to a software/graphic glitch and what is recorded on Paisabazaar’s central servers, the data logged on Paisabazaar’s backend servers shall be deemed final, absolute, and binding.

7. Communication

Eligible users will be notified via WhatsApp communication and/or other channels as deemed appropriate by Paisabazaar.

8. Tax Liabilities

Any and all applicable taxes, duties, cesses, or statutory compliance requirements (including Tax Deducted at Source - TDS under Section 194B or 194R of the Income Tax Act, 1961, if applicable) arising out of the rewards won from this campaign shall be solely and completely borne by the winning user.

9. General Conditions & Anti-Fraud

• Modification Rights: Paisabazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend, alter, or terminate the offer or these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Disqualification: Any misuse, abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity (including cloning apps, hacking, or using bots/scripts) may lead to immediate disqualification from the offer, legal action, and immediate forfeiture of cashback.
• Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, the decision of Paisabazaar shall be final and binding.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana / New Delhi.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this offer constitutes complete and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
