By registering for the On Demand Credit Score Update Services (“Services”) offered by Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting Private Limited (“Paisabazaar”, “we”, “us”), through our website www.paisabazaar.com (“Website”) and mobile application (“App”, and together with the Website, referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations.

By clicking “Get Now”, “Continue”, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

These Services are add-on features to the existing Paisabazaar Credit Score Service. Accordingly, these Terms must be read together with the following:

All of the above documents collectively govern your use of the Platform and related Services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not proceed to use or purchase the Services.

1. Definition of Services

The On Demand Credit Score Update is a one-time, paid service that provides you with access to your latest credit score as of the date of your payment. The score refresh will be obtained from all available Credit Bureaus integrated with Paisabazaar, which currently include:

  • TransUnion CIBIL
  • Experian
  • CRIF Highmark
  • Equifax

2. Service Fee

You may avail the On Demand Credit Score Update upon payment of a fee determined by Paisabazaar.

  • The fee amount shall be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
  • Paisabazaar reserves the right to modify the pricing or applicable charges at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • All quoted fee amount is exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be levied additionally at the prevailing rates.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform and the Services, it shall be deemed that you have:

  • Read and understood these Terms of Service, and
  • Agreed to be legally bound by them.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Services.
