About IndiGo SBI Card ELITE
IndiGo SBI Card ELITE is one of the two SBI cards co-branded with IndiGo airlines, with IndiGo SBI Card as its base variant. With these cards, SBI Card has joined the IndiGo BluChips co-branded cards universe after Kotak Mahindra Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank. Issued only to those who already have an active IndiGo BluChip membership, IndiGo SBI ELITE offers up to 7% back as IndiGo BluChips on travel spends which can later be redeemed on IndiGo app/website. In addition to these, it also comes with bonus IndiGo BluChips on joining, card renewal and as milestone benefits, which not only make up for its fee but also add to the overall savings as per the user’s spending capacity.
Tailor-made for IndiGo loyalists who have to travel quite often, all the benefits of this card are dedicated to co-branded travel savings. Even when compared with IndiGo Kotak XL and IndiGo IDFC FIRST Dual, this card leads when it comes to worldwide airport lounge access. While the Kotak variant only offers domestic lounge visits, IDFC FIRST variant does not offer any free access at all. Kotak credit card also lacks flight cancellation covers, unlike the other two. However, SBI card falls behind when it comes to the reward rate on IndiGo spends with its counterparts offering up to 22% back, compared to its 7%. The milestone benefits as IndiGo BluChips further lets you to maximise your reward earrings and consequent savings IndiGo bookings. However, the spending milestones would be more accessible for high spenders. The flight cancellation cover brings a safety net for unforeseen change of travel and limits the loss you may otherwise incur. Moreover, worldwide complimentary lounge access makes your travels more comfortable. Though this card charges a high fee, it also more than compensates for it through 5,000 IndiGo BluChips and additional 6E Eats voucher on every fee payment. Then choose the payment method between IndiGo BluChips and their voucher. Redeem the selected option and verify with an OTP sent to the registered mobile number.
