Method 1: Via MoneyTap Mobile Application

Step 1: Download the MoneyTap mobile application from Google Play Store (android users) or Apple Store (iPhone users).

Step 2: Login to the app and check the status of your personal loan application.

Method 2: Via MoneyTap Support Team

Since, MoneyTap is an app-based credit line and most of the services can be availed through only the mobile application. Following is the step-by-step guide to register for the MoneyTap mobile application.

Step 1: Download and install the MoneyTap mobile application.

Step 2: You will be asked to choose among “Credit Line, Shopping Vouchers or Credit Card”. Select Credit Line for MoneyTap personal loan.

Step 3: Subsequently, login with the help of either your Google Account credentials or Facebook Account credentials.

Step 4: Once your Google/ Facebook account credentials are verified, you will be asked to enter your mobile number and click “Continue”.

Step 5: Finally, enter the OTP received on your mobile to complete the registration process. Once registered, you can log into your account and access various services available through the MoneyTap App.
