The reward points earned on IDBI Bank credit card are called delight points. To redeem delight points users must register and activate their Delight Account. This could be done through any of the following 2 means.

Customers can redeem their delight points on the following categories:
Customers receive Delight points every time they use their IDBI Bank credit card for retail purchases, online purchases, in-store buys, shopping, and so on. Users are also given welcome benefit bonus points. Delight points are valid for 36 months from the day they are earned. The 3 years are calculated excluding the month of earning the points.
