Credit Guard is a subscription-based protection and monitoring service designed to help you safeguard and manage your credit profile. Depending on your subscription plan, the Services may include:

	*Cyber Fraud Protection (Premium Plan only) - Coverage of up to ₹50,000 against eligible cyber fraud incidents, as per the terms and conditions of the protection plan OneAssist (read OneAssist T&C).
	*Lost/Stolen Card Blocking Assistance (Premium Plan only) – One-call support to block your lost or stolen credit and debit cards across participating banks and issuers as per the terms and conditions of the plan issued by OneAssist (read OneAssist T&C).
	*PAN/DL Replacement Assistance (Premium Plan only) – Help in replacing your lost or stolen PAN and Driving License documents as per the terms and conditions of the plan issued by OneAssist (read OneAssist T&C).

*All Premium plan features are provided by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited and Paisabazaar is just a Marketing Partner.

You can avail the Credit Guard Services in lieu of a fee, which shall be charged by Paisabazaar at its sole discretion. Paisabazaar reserves the right to determine such charges/fees and any changes therein from time to time without prior notice. All charges quoted shall be exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be charged additionally as per prevailing rates. You also agree that Credit Guard Premium Plan features are provided by OneAssist and Paisabazaar is only a Marketing Partner for these plans. All such information, products, and services of Credit Guard Premium Plan are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind by Paisabazaar.

This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) along with Terms, governs your subscription and use of Credit Guard Services and constitutes a binding contract between you and Paisabazaar:

• when you access or use the Subscription Services; or
• when you click “Continue” or a similar button referencing this Agreement; whichever occurs first.

Subscription Terms

If you start a paid subscription, you agree to pay us the applicable subscription fees and taxes. Non-payment will result in termination of your paid Services.

You agree that:

• If you purchase a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged at the start of each subscription period for the applicable fees and taxes.
• To avoid renewal charges, you can cancel your subscription anytime before the renewal date by logging into your Paisabazaar account and visiting your Credit Guard dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Paisabazaar follows a no-questions-asked refund policy, applicable only on the first payment for your Credit Guard subscription. If you raise a refund request within 7 days of the first successful payment, the full subscription amount shall be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will not be available for subsequent renewals or recurring charges.
• Paisabazaar reserves the right to offer, modify, or withdraw a paid subscription at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Upon successful recurring payments, you provide explicit consent to refresh and update your Credit Guard features, including weekly report updates and credit alerts.

Paisabazaar may offer the option to make payments on a recurring basis (“Recurring Payments”) for your Credit Guard subscription. Paisabazaar may modify, discontinue, or limit Recurring Payments at any time without prior notice.

Eligible Payment Methods

Only valid and acceptable payment methods (“Payment Method”) recognized by Paisabazaar shall be eligible for Recurring Payments. Paisabazaar reserves the right to determine eligible Payment Methods and may recognize only specific products or cards issued by a bank.

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and validity of your Payment Method details, including card information and expiry dates.

Enable Recurring Payments

You may enable Recurring Payments when you initiate, renew, or make payments for your subscription. If enabled, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period, and your registered Payment Method will be charged accordingly.

A token amount may be charged to your Payment Method for verification, which will be refunded upon successful authentication.

Paisabazaar may use third-party payment processors/gateways (e.g., Paytm) to facilitate recurring payments, and you agree to their applicable terms and data-sharing requirements with NPCI or related institutions.

You may cancel or disable Recurring Payments in your Paisabazaar account settings. Your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. If you disable Recurring Payments during a promotional period, any unutilized period will lapse immediately.

If a payment attempt fails (e.g., due to expired card), Paisabazaar may suspend or terminate your subscription unless a new valid mandate is provided.

The subscription shall be subject to force majeure events. In the event of such occurrences, Paisabazaar may withdraw, suspend, or modify the subscription at its discretion.

You authorize Paisabazaar to communicate with you via email, SMS, or app notifications regarding your Credit Guard subscription, alerts, and payments. Paisabazaar and its affiliates may also communicate with you for updates, offers, or service-related information.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Services, ancillary services and all information, products, other services and other content (including that of the third parties) included in or accessible from the website is at your sole risk. The Services and ancillary services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Paisabazaar makes no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content on the website or of the services (whether or not sponsored by third party service providers), and expressly disclaims any warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

You expressly understand and agree that the Paisabazaar (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and providers) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, opportunity, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if Paisabazaar has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from (i) any failure or delay (including without limitation the use of or inability to use any component of the Website), or (ii) any use of the Website or content, or (iii) the performance or non-performance by us or any provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages to such parties or any other party, or (b) any damages to or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property as the result of your access to the Website or your downloading of any content from the Website.

Notwithstanding the above, if the Paisabazaar is found liable for any proven and actual loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then you agree that the liability of Paisabazaar shall be restricted to, in the aggregate, any Service/transactional fees paid by you to the Paisabazaar in connection with such transaction(s)/ Services on this Website, if applicable.

The Paisabazaar has no control over the third party websites which would be provided to you through its Website. You acknowledge and agree that under no circumstance shall the Paisabazaar be liable for your using the services offered or provided by any third party service provider.
