This is a fully digital top-up home loan with instant disbursal, offered through SBI YONO app. This top up loan is offered to a pre-selected group of existing home loan customers for availing additional finance, over and above their existing home loan, for any personal purpose other than speculation. SBI YONO Insta Home Top Up Loan is also offered in the form of overdraft facility.

Eligibility for SBI YONO Insta Home Top Up Loan

  • Insta Home Top Up Loan can be availed by existing home loan customers pre-selected for this loan scheme
  • To avail Insta Home Top Up Loan, the value of existing home loan should be Rs. 10 lakhs or above
  • Minimum residual tenure should be greater than 3 years
  • Applicants should not have any existing Top-up loan
  • Equitable collateral/security should be created in the underlying home loan
