People can file a complaint at Allahabad Bank’s website by visiting https://www.allbankcare.in/alb1/APPS/cgrc/frm_cust_comp.aspx. They have to fill the form completely and click on the submit button. On successful submission of the form, users get a complaint ticket number that is necessary for tracking the status of their complaints and future reference.

Users can also track the status of their complaint by entering the valid ticket id and clicking the “Track” button. Once clicked, the status of the complaint is displayed on the screen. In case, the user is not satisfied with the response, he can apply to visit the bank personally and get his issues resolved.
