Ensure that complete details of the issue along with the required identification details are mentioned. If it is possible to resolve the query through emails, the same will be done by the bank. Otherwise, the phone banking officer calls the applicant to resolve the issues.

One can either access the form in English or Hindi. Select ‘New’ from the “Complaint Type” dropdown which leads to the form. Fill the details and submit the form. A unique complaint ID will be generated which can be used to track the status of your complaint.

The above ways are a part of Tier-I of IDBI Grievance Redressal Mechanism. If one does not get any response within 8 days of filing the complaint through any of the above media, the matter can be escalated to the Tier-II level and reach the grievance redressal officers of the zone.
