New Purchase / Resale Home Loans: For the purchase of residential properties in various approved locations across the nation. The residential properties can be in the form of a New Home purchase or Resale Property purchase.
Construction Loans: The home loan offered can be used for the construction of homes on self-owned plots. The disbursement shall be based on the stage of construction.
Composite Loans: For the purchase of plots from individuals, builders, and society and further used for the construction of homes on owned plots. First Disbursement shall be for buying plots and subsequent based on the stage of construction.
Home Improvement / Extension Loans: For the renovation and extension of owned homes to provide better living conditions for the family. The loan offered shall be used for the extensions, renovation, repairs, and other home-related improvements.
Balance Transfer Loans: These loans can used to transfer the existing loan from another lender to Star Housing Finance and vice-versa for favorable interest rates and other financial benefits.
