Bank of Baroda determines its interest rates based on the CIBIL score, job profile, home loan scheme and loan amount offered to the applicants.

Floating rates are variable and change with the change in the repo rate whereas fixed rates remain constant throughout the loan tenure. Also, floating rates are usually lower than the fixed interest rates. However, applicants can opt for either of the two as per their requirement and affordability.

No, Bank of Baroda does not offer any special interest rates for its women borrowers. The female applicants can avail Bank of Baroda home loans at regular interest rates.

Bank of Baroda has not disclosed the minimum credit score required to avail a low interest rate. However, applicants having a credit score of 750 and above have higher chances if availing home loans at low interest rates.
