Applicants who have filled the PAN card application online through UTIITSL can use this facility to track the PAN card delivery status. It is worth mentioning that applicants who have not filled the form through UTIITSL will not be able to use this service. An applicant can track PAN card delivery status/PAN card dispatch status online through the UTIITSL portal by following the steps mentioned below:

Ans. Yes, you can change your PAN card delivery address. Visit the official website of NDSL and ‘Apply for correction/change in PAN’.
Ans. It can take at least 15 days for the authorities to dispatch your PAN card and be delivered at your communication address.
