How to Submit a Complaint at Yes Bank?
- Select your existing relationship with the bank
- Fill details like first name, last name, email ID, mobile number, customer ID, product, case and issue type and remarks
- Click on ‘submit’
Yes Bank - Grievance Redressal
Level 1:
- Visit the nearest branch of the bank and get your complaint logged in the complaint register that is available at all branches during the working hours. In every branch, name and contact details of that officer is mentioned who can be contacted for raising your complaint
- You can meet the Branch Manager of the nearest branch regarding your issue. Also, 7th of every month (previous day in case 7th is a holiday or an half day) is the customer day at all the branches of Yes Bank and you can share your complaints and opinions regarding any product or service on this day
- You can call the bank on 1800-1200 (Toll Free) and +91-22-6121-9000
- You can write an email on yestouch@yesbank.in
- You can login to your Netbanking and go to My Space section - Mailbox and write your complaint
