Each bank branch must also display the Name, address and contact number of the Regional Nodal Officers and the Nodal Officer at the Corporate Office.

Personal loan customers who are either not satisfied with the response provided by the Escalation Head - Customer Care or do not receive any response within 7 days can escalate their complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer. Such complainants should mention their interaction reference number and the first point of contact with the bank while filing the complaint.

Personal loan customers can write to the Banking Ombudsman for an independent review of their complaint if they do not receive any reply within 1 month from the complaint date or if they are not satisfied with the response provided by the Principal Nodal Officer.

IndusInd bank must display the contact details of the Banking Ombudsman of the respective area at their branches along with the code of the bank’s commitment to customers and the fair practices code.
