Steps to make Muthoot Gold Loan payment via Muthoot WebPay:

Step 1- visit the official website of Muthoot Finance.

Step 2- On the left side bar, click on the ‘online gold loan’ option.

 

Step 3- On the next page, enter your Username and Password and click on ‘Login’.

 

Note: The WebPay facility can only be availed if you are a registered customer. To avail the services, you need to first register for the same. Click here to know the steps.

Step 4– After successful login, you will be able to see the active loan details and the amount to be paid.

Step 5- Select the mode of payment and make the payment online

Steps to make Muthoot Gold Loan payment via iMuthoot App:

Step 1- Download the iMuthoot application from Play Store or App Store.

Step 2- Login using your WebPay Username and Password.

Step 3- Now click on the ‘Quick Pay’ option.

Step 4– On the next page, enter the Loan Number or Customer ID.

Step 5- Select the payment mode and you will get a confirmation email on your registered email ID.

Steps to make Muthoot Gold Loan payment by visiting Muthoot Finance Branch Office:

Step 1- Visit any branch office of Muthoot Finance near you.

Step 2- Go to the customer care executive and pay your loan amount via cash, debit card, cheque, etc.

To close your Muthoot Finance gold loan, you are required to repay the principal amount and interest accrued either online or by visiting the branch office. Irrespective of the fact where you pay your amount, the final collection of the pledged gold will have to be from the initial branch where it was pledged.

How do I make partial repayment towards my gold loan?

You can make partial payment along with interest at any branch office of Muthoot Finance or through their website. The interest amount will be calculated on the rest of the amount. 

Are credit cards & demand drafts accepted as payment mode?

Credit cards and demand drafts are not accepted if you are paying at the branch office.

How and when can I get back the pledged gold jewellery/ornaments?

The gold which you pledge will be given back to you after the loan and the complete amount has been repaid. Failure to repay the loan will result in Muthoot Finance Ltd. auctioning off the same. The pledged gold has to be collected from the branch where it was initially pledged and stored.
