The Manappuram gold loan app is simple and easy to use. First, download the app from the app store or Google play store and then follow the below-given steps.

• Select your preferred language and then enter Customer ID/ Mobile Number (Registered with the bank)/ Email ID
• Enter Your Password and login

Alternatively, you have the option to login using MPIN. Click on Login with MPIN on the login page and then enter the MPIN to use the app.

New Users should follow the below-given steps to login

• Click on Create New Account
• Enter Customer ID, Mobile Number, Email ID and Captcha
• Click on Continue
• Follow the on-screen instructions to successfully login

Once you have logged into the app you may use it to make payments, view gold loan schemes, view contact information and book appointments.

• Do not share your MPIN or other confidential details with anyone
• Do not let anyone use your application or avail loan from your device
• Read all the terms and conditions related to gold loan carefully before applying
• You can make payments using a debit card or through Netbanking

OGL stands for Online Gold Loan. It allows you to obtain a gold loan at anytime from anywhere. The service can be used by anyone who wants to repledge their gold jewellery to avail a new loan on the same.

How is the loan disbursed in OGL?
Customers who re-pledge their gold jewellery get the amount credited directly into their savings bank account registered with Manappuram.

How do customers authenticate the Gold loan transaction in OGL?
Gold loan transactions are authenticated by the customer using OTP which is sent to the customer’s registered mobile number. There is no physical verification required to avail gold loan via OGL.

Can any existing online customer access OGL?
Existing customers can access OGL features after they register themselves for the service. The registration can be done through ‘Customer Online Portal’.
