Claim Process of IFFCO-Tokio Individual Personal Accidental Policy
- Immediate notification to the insurance company is required to process the claim
- In case of death due to accident, sum insured shall be paid to the nominee
- For other claims, it is required on the hand of insured to get examined by the subject matter specialist, cost of which shall be borne by the insurance company
For Cashless Claim:
- In case of emergency, inform IFFCO-Tokio as soon as possible while for planned hospitalization, make sure you receive authorization from the insurer before you get admitted
- Quote your health card membership number at the time of admission for smooth claim settlement

How long does it take to pay out a claim?
To settle a claim for IFFCO-Tokio Individual Personal Accident Policy, there is different time frame for both the types, viz. cashless and reimbursement:
For cashless: It takes 24 hours after the receipt of all the required documents.
For reimbursement: The time period taken by the company is limited to 20 days, subject to receipt of each and every required document.
