Grievance Redressal

Level 1: Branch Level/Online Complaint (OCRM)

The existing customers of Bank of India Personal loan customers can first contact the Branch Manager for immediate redressal in case of any complaints.

OCRM: Alternatively, customers can fill in the “Grievance Form” online on the bank’s website. The system will provide a “Tracker ID” to the respective customers which will help to track the progress of the complaint. Tracker ID is required to be preserved by customers for future references.

Level 2: Zonal Level

The customer can approach the respective Zonal Manager in case the compliant is not resolved to his/her satisfaction, by providing a tracking number or reference number.

If the concerned customer is still not satisfied with the resolution offered at Zonal level, the complaint can be taken up with the respective National Banking Group (NBG) GM, by providing a tracking number or reference number.

Level 4: Chief Grievance Redressal Officer

If the concerned customer still feels dissatisfied with the responses received, he/she can escalate the complaint to the Bank’s Nodal Officer at Head Office designated to deal with complaints or grievances of the customers. Customers are required to give full details along with the tracking number or reference number on the below mentioned address:
