The existing customers of IndiaBulls Home Loan can follow the below levels to raise requests in case of any grievances.
Level 1: The applicant can speak to the call center executive or visit the nearest branch to address any query or request. One can also visit the FAQs section readily available on the company’s website. The applicant can also click on the “Write to Us” in the Grievance Redressal section of the company’s website, if he/she is not satisfied with the service offered by the call centre executive.
Level 2: The applicant can write to the company’s grievance redressal team if the resolution provided at Level 1 is not satisfactory. One has to mention the “Service Request Number” or “Interaction ID” created at level 1, after visiting the “Write to Us” section on the IndiaBull Home Loan website.
Level 3: The complaint shall be escalated to the Nodal officer if the same is not resolved by the grievance redressal team or the applicant has experienced a breach in TAT (Turnaround Time). Furthermore, if the applicant is dissatisfied with the resolution provided at level 2, the concern can be forwarded to the below mentioned address:
