Grievance Redressal
Existing housing loan borrowers can record their grievance/complaint regarding their products or services. The complainant can register their complaint by post or in person. The complainant can also send their complaint through the following mail id:
grievance@hudco.org
Complainants can also lodge their grievance on the Government of India’s Portal for Public Grievances. The link to this portal is present on HUDCO’s website. They should receive the acknowledgement of the complaint within a week and a final response of the complaint within 4 weeks of receipt of the complaint. If any customer is not satisfied with HUDCO’s response to their complaint, the Housing Finance Company (HFC) must inform the complainant on how to take his/her grievance further.
