Grievance Redressal
Level 1: Branch Level/Online Complaint (OCRM)
Personal loan customers can first contact to the Branch Manager for immediate redressal in case of any complaints.
OCRM: Alternatively, customers can fill in the “Grievance Form” online on the bank’s website. The system will provide “Tracker ID” to the respective customers which will help to track the progress of the complaint. Tracker ID is required to be preserved by customers for future references.
Level 2: Zonal Level
The customer can approach the respective Zonal Manager in case if the compliant is not resolved to his/her satisfaction, by providing a tracking number or reference number.
